Fit Tips by Motorcycle Type
Sport Bikes
Aggressive forward lean. Best for riders 5’6″ – 6’0″. Taller riders may feel cramped on wrists and knees.
Seat height typically 31-33″.
Cruisers
Low seat heights (26-30″) make them accessible for shorter riders. Forward foot controls accommodate taller riders well.
Adventure Bikes
Tall seat heights (33-37″) favor longer legs. Many models offer lower seat options or lowering kits.
Naked / Standard
Upright neutral position. Most versatile fit for riders 5’4″ – 6’2″.
Pro Tip: The best way to know if a bike fits is to sit on it! You should be able to flat-foot at least one foot at stops, and reach the handlebars without overextending your back.
Bicycle Size Guide
Proper bicycle fit is essential for comfort, efficiency, and injury prevention. Use this guide to find your frame size.

How to Test Helmet Fit
- Put helmet on — it should feel snug, not tight
- Shake head side to side — helmet should move with your head, not independently
- Open mouth wide — helmet should press against your forehead
- Check cheek pads — they should touch your cheeks without painful pressure
- Buckle strap — should form a V under your ears, with one finger space under chin
Important: Never buy a used helmet. Helmets are designed for single-impact protection and degrade over time.
